ENVIRO-WELD is effective:- Because only a thin misting is required to completely cover the weld area the risk of pudding between joints is greatly reduced. The selected detergents reduce the surface tension of the solution thereby restricting capillary action between butt joints. It is when pudding or capillary action of water based anti spatter occurs that porosity problems in the weld arise. Tests have shown that ENVIRO-WELD is not susceptible to these problems when used correctly.
